We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager (OM) with a successful history in the fintech sector. You will work directly under the CEO and will act as a business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of our company.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration and/or Fintech or industry experience
Honesty and integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate
Extensive technology knowledge with an eye toward the future.
5-8+ years of operations experience in cards, payments, banking, technology or other financial services
Comfort working with data, QuickBooks, Slack and SQL skills a plus.
This job entails managing a team via Slack so the ideal candidate must feel comfortable working with remote teams.
Operations Manager (OM) Responsibilities
- Maintain an operation manual for all operational payment processes and procedures
- Serve as the payment ops point of contact
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to build out critical ops tools, automate routine work where possible, and address longer-term or recurring issues
- Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects
- Ongoing liaison with vendors and banks to communicate feedback to the executive team.

- Passionate about and have a deep knowledge of emerging payments technologies, product solutions, and operational frameworks (nice to have)

This individual will be tasked with making executive technology decisions on behalf of our company, including managing our technology budget and making strong investments. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development.
You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of our company.
CTO Responsibilities:
- Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure.
- Knowledge of best current information security practices.
- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
- Managing technology budgets and time frames.
- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
- Ensuring that technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs.
- Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives.
- Work well with our executive team in high-level decisions, strategic plans, policies, and strategies.
- Create and oversee high-level KPIs for IT department. Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals, and progress.

CTO Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, MBA preferred.
- 8+ years working in a technological role.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.

- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
